R&D Co-op Program for students
The Research and Development (R&D) Co-Op program is designed to provide exposure to multiple disciplines and product lines within the UCC (Urology and Critical Care) R&D function. The R&D Co-Op participant will learn the business and be a contributing member on the assigned project while gaining valuable experience toward their future career. Upon completion of the program, an R&D Co-Op participant will have gained real-world experience and contributed to the design and development of a medical device.
UCC has many ongoing projects in development and generally there are 4-5 R&D Co-Ops in each rotation. Each R&D Co-Op has a separate Rotation Manager and project. There are also many opportunities for training sessions, seminars, tours, and to share learnings and responsibilities with other R&D Co-Ops to gain added value and knowledge.
