Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
Installation, maintenance, and repair of flow cytometers according to technical documentation
Independent diagnosis and resolution of technical issues at customer sites
In collaboration with your sales colleagues, you inform customers about our technical service offerings – such as service contracts
Ensuring customer satisfaction based on the customer satisfaction score
Maintaining data in the internal ERP system
Regular participation in training sessions on technical innovations, including abroad
Preferred Requirements:
Completed technical education or equivalent qualification in medical technology or electrical engineering
Initial field service and technical support experience in a high-tech environment (medical technology, electronics)
Proven experience and strong technical know-how in IT and network technologies
Excellent self-organization, strong time management, and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, team spirit, and a high level of commitment and personal responsibility
Efficient, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
Should be based in German speaking Switzerland (Basel, Zürich or Bern)
Swiss citizenship is required
Fluent in German and English
Valid European driver’s license and high willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally across Central Europe
