Job Summary
BD Greece is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive the growth and market development of the Targeted Temperature Management (TTM) portfolio across Greece. This role is exceptionally outstanding as it combines strategic partnership development, new business discovery, and the support of advanced temperature management solutions in critical care settings. You will play a key role in encouraging relationships with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams including Intensive Care Units (ICU), Emergency Departments, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Purchasing Departments, and Hospital Administration.
As a Sales Representative TTM, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of BD’s TTM Products and their indications, to fully support and develop the Greek business. Promote growth of Arctic Gel Pads usage and contribute to expand Temperature Management Therapy adoption in Greek market.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed annual sales, gross profit, and strategic business objectives for the TTM portfolio.
Develop and complete territory business plans to drive balanced market growth and increase product adoption.
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within public and private hospitals.
Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, procurement departments, and key opinion leaders, together with Intensivists, Cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists...
Deliver effective product demonstrations, clinical education sessions, and value-based presentations to healthcare professionals.
Support product evaluations, clinical implementations, and customer onboarding activities.
Collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer experiences and long-term account development.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, tender opportunities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate forecasting, account plans, CRM updates, and territory reports.
Participate in scientific congresses, workshops, and educational events to promote BD solutions and strengthen professional networks.
Ensure compliance with BD policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of TTM clinical evidence, treatment guidelines, healthcare economics, and product applications.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience within Medical Devices, Critical Care, ICU, Cardiology, or Hospital-based Healthcare.
Strong understanding of the Greek healthcare market, hospital structures, procurement processes, and tender environment.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to engage both clinical and administrative collaborators.
Strong analytical and territory planning skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.
Proficient in Greek and English.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively throughout Greece.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Intensive Care, Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, or similar clinical settings.
Previous experience supporting capital equipment and consumable sales.
Experience conducting clinical case support, product evaluations, and customer training.
Knowledge of public hospital tender procedures and healthcare funding pathways.
The salary range for this position is : 38,000eur- 42,000eur.
The ideal candidate would preferably be located in Athens, with the possibility to travel accross Greece.
