Your responsibilities will include boosting sales growth, encouraging strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional product support within your designated territory. Requirements
Attain sales goals and drive revenue growth within your assigned territory
Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities
Position yourself as a product expert, educating healthcare professionals on the accurate use and benefits of BD's latest medical devices
Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product utilization
Offer in-depth training and education to physicians, hospital staff, and other team members
Stay up-to-date with the latest product information, industry trends, and customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product distribution and customer happiness
Maintain a valid driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards
Ability to travel at least 50%, including overnight stays
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of sales background, ideally within the medical or healthcare sector
Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills
Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology, as well as basic anatomy knowledge
Ability to discuss BD's products in relation to the human body and illustrate their benefits convincingly
