Job Description

Responsible for all clinical aspects of the portfolio within the assigned territory, providing pre- and post-sales support through training, education, and clinical expertise. Leverages clinical and product knowledge to support customer needs and contribute to business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Liaise and work closely with the Account Manager within the assigned territory to deliver clinical and product training to customers
  • Design and deliver clinically focused, commercially aligned training programs for hospital customers
  • Partner with the Account Manager to identify and prioritize target accounts and key customers
  • Share market insights and competitor intelligence with relevant internal collaborators (Management and Marketing)
  • Build strong relationships within hospital accounts to drive best practice adoption and support business growth
  • Manage the in-service process as part of product implementation and conversion activities
  • Represent the company professionally, promoting awareness of the full product portfolio where relevant
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to support brand visibility and product promotion
  • Deliver technical and/or commercial presentations in clinical workshops, seminars, and customer meetings
  • Maintain relationships with key clinicians and opinion leaders to stay up to date on best practices, trends, and procedures

About you:

  • Clinical Specialist with a nursing background (mandatory), ideally with experience in vascular access.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on nursing experience; prior industry experience not required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in a field-based role across Basque Country, Navarra, La Rioja, Cantabria, and Burgos.
  • Strong orientation towards education, customer engagement, and business support.
  • Intermediate English level

Salary range for this role 42000€ - 46000€
