Ejecutivo de Ventas Senior

Responsable de implementar estrategias comerciales establecidas para la unidad de Negocio orientadas a posicionar, introducir nuevos productos y cumplir el plan de ventas a través de la promoción técnica científica de los productos bajo su responsabilidad. Acelerar el crecimiento del portafolio DS en las principales cuentas estratégicas del negocio a nivel HUB. Desarrollar y mantener las relaciones con los clientes en las áreas geográficas asignadas, revisando constantemente las expectativas de venta y siendo responsable del cumplimiento del Budget.

Funciones:

  • Contribuir con el desarrollo de la estrategia de ventas implementando modelos de negocio adecuados, aplicando estrategias de precios favorables para los clientes y rentables para la compañía, con el objetivo de vender y posicionar con éxito la gama de productos dentro de la unidad de negocio.

  • Identificará, analizará y segmentará el potencial de mercado en cuentas directas o de la competencia, donde evalúe la oportunidad y ejecute todos los asuntos de negocio internos / externos para alinear las prioridades de ventas, estrategias y tácticas.

  • Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas manteniendo y superando los mismos durante el período fiscal respectivo.

  • Aumentar el category share del portafolio de DS, desarrollando nuevas cuentas o nuevo portafolio en cuentas existentes.

  • Identificar las oportunidades, capturar la información y evaluar la viabilidad de nuevos mercados, que permitan desarrollar junto con el equipo de Marketing y Especialista de producto de DS, la estrategia de penetración del portafolio (Microbiología Industrial).

  • Llevar a cabo la rendición periódica y adecuada de los gastos propios de la gestión comercial, administrando de manera correcta los recursos del negocio, protegiendo la rentabilidad de este.

  • Realizar análisis de negocio para evaluar la factibilidad, condiciones y rentabilidad de estos, posterior al cierre de estos hará seguimiento continuo al curso y cumplimiento de los contratos.

  • Desarrollar propuestas de valor para sus clientes que permitan apalancar el crecimiento en ventas y penetración de portafolio alineado con la segmentación del negocio y las necesidades.

  • Sera responsable de cumplir con la implementación, mantenimiento y participación de lo señalado en los Sistemas de Gestión de calidad y en el Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.

  • 13. Acelerar las oportunidades del mercado (asignadas a la fuerza comercial), planeando, definiendo prioridades y necesidades para el logro en el menor tiempo posible.

  • Desarrollar los modelos financieros necesarios para el logro de cada una de las oportunidades.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en administración o carreras enfocadas a la salud.

  • Experiencia comercial en sector de dispositivos médicos

  • Trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados

  • Manejo de excel y salesforce

  • Disponibilidad para viajes
