Job Description

Actividades y responsabilidades principales

  • Realizar estudios de mercado y desarrollar herramientas para determinar la participación de mercado y las tendencias emergentes.Elaborar, implementar y hacer seguimiento al plan de mercadeo, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la unidad de negocio.

  • Estandarizar el lenguaje promocional con el equipo de ventas (mensajes, herramientas promocionales, competencia)

  • Planear y preparar GPDS para lanzamientos de productos

  • Planificar y ejecutar el lanzamiento de nuevos productos de la línea, coordinando con los equipos internos y externos para asegurar su éxito en el mercado.

  • Alcanzar los objetivos financieros del negocio, monitoreando y analizando los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) y ajustando las estrategias según sea necesario. Trabajar con BUL en la planeación ASR

  • Construir y mantener relaciones de largo plazo con los principales clientes del negocio, asegurando su satisfacción y lealtad.

  • Gestionar relaciones con Speakers y asociaciones médicas para actividades de Marketing

  • Proveer a los miembros del equipo con las herramientas y recursos de mercadeo necesarios para el desempeño óptimo de sus funciones.

  • Colaborar con el área de logística para asegurar la disponibilidad de productos y Equipos, optimizando la cadena de suministro y la gestión de inventarios.

Formación académica y experiencia previa

  • Formación academica como especialista de marketing, administrador. Es un gran plus tener formación academica relacionada a salud.
  • Experiencia mayor a cuatro años como coordinador de marketing, analista de marketing Sr, especialista de marketing en empresas de dispositivos medicos, farmaceuticas o distribuidores del rubro.
  • Ingles nivel intermedio.
  • Experiencia comprobable utilizando paqueteria Office, Excel nivel intermedio-avanzado.
  • Experiencia utilizando Power BI.
