Job Description
7 AM - 7 PM (4 days on 4 days off)
Essential Functions
The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Conducts sampling, product testing and visual inspection of finished goods, identifying product defects and non-conformances.
- Must be familiar with and understand Quality inspection procedures and standards. Regularly monitor product for acceptable quality to the latest product specifications/procedures.
- Completes accurate documentation of all inspection/testing data and maintains an easily retrievable filing system.
- Must be comfortable in operating a computer and keying inspections into the data management system. General computer knowledge required.
- Reads and interprets sampling plans to determine sample size and/or accept/reject criteria.
- Assists with root cause analysis activities.
- Issues product holds and pallet identification tickets.
- Conducts device history, procedural and product audits, as directed by Quality Management.
- Monitors product and/or process trends at discretion of QA Management.
- Conducts special sampling and product testing, as required.
- Collects product/process data for FWO’s, special projects, validations, etc., as required.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous QA experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
