Actividades y responsabilidades principales
Mantener un alto nivel de experiencia y habilidad técnica en todas las aplicaciones de productos y un alto niveldeexperienciaprofesionalatravésdelafamiliaridadconlastendenciasyconlaliteraturacientíficarelacionada.
Trabajar coordinadamente con los Representantes de venta, potenciando nuestra imagen de marcafrente al cliente. Trabajar en el plan de acción conjunto y realizar demostraciones para garantizar elcierredeventa, proporcionar seguimientopostventay/oreentrenamientos.
Trabajar de manera conjunta con elteamde ventas frente a clientes, coordinando sus funcionesdeacuerdo conla etapa de desarrollo de las oportunidades (BDWoS). Enfatizar en la importancia de laeducación de los usuarios en buenas prácticas, entrenamientos en uso correcto de dispositivos, entreotrasactividades.
Desarrollar programas de capacitación de clientes y distribuidores.
Brindarcontenido y soportefrente a grupos deprofesionales, seminarios y demostraciones de productos y realiza coaching técnico en terreno alequipo deventas ydistribuidores.
Colaboraren laejecuciónde estrategiasdeimplementacióndeproductosyfidelizacióndecuentas.
Llevar adelante la planificación y ejecución de los servicios de consultoría.
Formación académica y experiencia previa
- Formación academica como bioquimica o técnico de extracción
- Experiencia en posiciones similares o desempeñandose en funciones de mesada, extracción de sangre
- Ingles deseable
