We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team in Chengdu market. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services to customers and stakeholders within the region, while working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and a deep understanding of our products and solutions. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our products and services to key customers and stakeholders within the region.
2. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and opportunities, and develop targeted approaches to engage them effectively.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects and initiatives.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Provide regular updates and feedback to management on market trends, customer insights, and sales performance.
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.
10. Continuously seek out new opportunities for growth and expansion, driving innovation and progress within the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (typically 2 years) in a similar role with demonstrated success in sales, marketing, or customer service.
