Job Description
The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and market share growth for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within a defined geographic territory. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing clinical support to healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular product lines.
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals within the territory.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service trainings to educate customers on the features, benefits, and clinical applications of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage territory expenses effectively and submit accurate and timely reports.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical affairs, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data within the company's CRM system.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings as required.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably within the cardiovascular, peripheral vascular, or interventional radiology space.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospital systems, reimbursement, and purchasing processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Clinical background (e.g., RN, RT, RCIS) is a plus.
