Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

The position is part of the commercial operations team in driving growth across the various business units by supporting commercial operations specifically focused on distributor engagement, supply chain and inventory planning, logistics & operations and management of data (trade & in-market sales, inventory, product expiry)

Job Description

  • Ensure standardized S&OP process across all BD businesses and distributors in scope.
  • Coordinate importation & logistics execution with regional teams to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
  • Coordinate shipments and schedules with Regional Distribution Center and SEA Regional Supply Chain team to ensure timely delivery of shipments to distributors / customers.
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure successful implementation of corporate-level commercial operation strategy, projects, and processes.
  • Drive the achievement of distributor supply chain related KPIs by functioning as key contact person to distributors.
  • Attend and ensure pre-consensus meetings are conducted according to agenda and with high quality outputs
  • Lead the SIOP and S&OE process on a monthly basis for the relevant business with all key distributors identified
  • Consolidate comments to monthly country performance of In-Market Sales projections, Trade Sales projections, and Future Days’ Sales (FDS) inventory level across all businesses.
  • Monitor and escalate inventory risks for appropriate action.
  • Work closely with other commercial functions like marketing, business analysis to assess impact of the SIOP process and demand planning to business financials and expected growth
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
