• Administrar el Sistema de acciones correctivas y preventivas (CAPA) y analizar los resultados de
las acciones implementadas.
• Trabajar con los empleados de todos los niveles para completar el análisis de la causa raíz de los
problemas internos y abordar los problemas con los proveedores y otras instalaciones para
garantizar el cumplimiento.
• Mantener sistemas para rastrear CAPAs y realizar actividades de tendencias y proporcionar
información según corresponda a la administración.
• Dirigir las reuniones de la junta de revisión de CAPA.
• Planear y liderar el equipo multifuncional a través de las fases de los proyectos.
• Participar en las auditorías internas y externas de la Organización Reguladora.
• Análisis para identificar tendencias, recurrencia de CAPA, CAPA no efectivo, atrasos.
• Reportes de CAPA para reportes semanales, mensuales y trimestrales y revisión de la
administración.
• Dar soporte en el análisis de datos para identificar las necesidades de escalamiento y la iniciación
de CAPA.
• El Coordinador de CAPA tendrá la autoridad para administrar el Sistema de acciones correctivas
y preventivas.
