Job Description Summary
Dar mantenimiento al sistema de calidad de quejas (trackwise) mediante las investigaciones de registrodel dispositivo medico (DHR) así como en la evaluación de muestras físicas de acuerdo con el métrico de
calidad. Realizar reportes de investigaciones con las técnicas de calidad para la definición de la causa
raíz. Realización de reportes diarios y mensuales de quejas. Dar soporte al departamento de
cumplimento de calidad cuando se requiera. Apoyar los objetivos de negocio BD-BOC Juárez. Garantizar
el cumplimiento con el Corporativo, ISO, FDA y requisitos de las normas locales.
