Job Description
- Liderar projetos de pequeno, médio e grande porte com implementação local ou de projetos com necessidade de ACR.
- Revisar, elaborar e manter atualizados os documentos operacionais, quando houver necessidade.
- Conduzir e suportar a equipe de engenharia nas validações de processos e equipamentos.
- Suporte às metodologias de melhoria contínua adotadas na empresa, garantindo a sua operacionalidade e efetuando as alterações conforme necessidade.
- Conduzir e suportar a equipe de engenharia nos projetos de aumento de produtividade, melhoria de processos, redução de perdas aliando as ações com as metodologias de melhoria contínua.
- Conduzir as investigações de causas raiz junto à manutenção, qualidade e outras áreas suporte.
- Conduzir treinamentos operacionais.
- Suportar e assegurar o programa de 5s da área.
- Suportar as melhorias de fluxo de produção e ergonomia da área.
- Analisar e prover aumento de capacidade das injetoras, aliado aos moldes.
- Analisar e prover redução de perdas nas injetoras, aliado aos moldes.
Cumprir com a Política da Qualidade, Segurança e Meio Ambiente e Procedimentos da BD, com foco no cliente e na manutenção e melhoria do Sistema de Qualidade e cumprimento dos requisitos regulatórios.
