Responsibilities:
Maintain Quality Reports.
Maintain and implement efforts in housekeeping, and safety programs.
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the Incoming Inspection.
Perform Inspections as per stablished procedures.
Understands and consistently follows multi-step documented procedures while conducting Inspections.
Receive and maintain inventory for equipment and consumables.
Maintains accurate and well-organized records, notebooks and/or worksheets.
Maintenance of the Calibration and Preventive Maintenance programs for Incoming Inspection equipment.
Provide QC support to new product development/Launch/Capacity Expansion projects.
Support any Waste Reduction Initiatives that involves Incoming Inspection.
Demonstrate Regulatory Compliance such as FDA inspection readiness, Corporate Audits, Internal Audits and maintain Training Compliance.
Demonstrate Safety Compliance such as Strive for Zero Serious Accidents, contribute for a successful EH&S Audits with 0 major observations and Contribute for the overall Safety Index plant goal of >98%
Must have awareness and respect of all company policies and safety rules.
Maintain appropriate training/certification including GLP and GMP
Perform other assigned tasks on as needed basis
Maintain metrics for the area
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Associate Technical degree in science‑related field (preferred)
1-2 years working with Calipers, rulers for detailed measurements, vision system (Preferred).
Conversant with GLP/GCP/cGMP and global Drug and Device Development Processes (Preferred)
Conversant with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and statistical software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and self-motivated
