About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager BD Rowa Belgium to join our dynamic team at Becton Dickinson. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative BD Rowa products, which include automation and digitalization solutions for pharmacies. Your primary focus will be on crafting tailored projects, achieving sales targets, and actively acquiring new customers and projects within your assigned geographic area.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Sales and promotion of BD Rowa products to retail pharmacies
- Design projects tailored to retail pharmacies
- Collaborate with project/installation, technical, and marketing departments
- Achieve sales and revenue targets within the defined geographic area
- Actively acquire new customers
- Secure new projects with existing client sites
- Initiate, plan, and actively participate in regional and national events for clients and prospects
- Document and update all sales opportunities in the CRM tool
- Participate in trade shows relevant to the defined sales market and customer segment
- Provide active support in collecting customer receivables
- Prepare for and participate in sales meetings
About you
- Proven first sales experience in the pharmacy channel in Belgium preferably with investment goods
- Analytical attitude, ambitious approach, and a drive for achieving performance-based compensation
- You hold a Healthcare education degree and are proficient in both French and Dutch, with professional English skills for international collaboration.
- You are adaptable, autonomous, and possess strong analytical and strategic capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of the challenges faced by pharmacists and the ability to provide effective solutions
- You are a great teammate with excellent communication skills.
