Customer Service
Customer Services is a strategic partner to both our customers and businesses and focus on creating exceptional customer experiences and generates revenue growth.
Main responsibilities will include:
Tender
- Coordinate tender dossiers in close collaboration with account managers across BD business units.
- Engage in strategic and commercial dialogues with stakeholders, providing reporting and sharing lessons learned.
- Collect and consolidate data from relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
Pricing & Contract Management
- Manage offers and contracts with a strong understanding of customer structures in the Benelux region.
- Set up and activate new price agreements; monitor and follow up on existing ones.
- Create and maintain accurate price lists.
- Drive process standardization and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement structural fixes and process enhancements.
- Support the digitalization of pricing management through innovative solutions and harmonized practices.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- Strong analytical, administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Creative, hands-on, and proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, and French (written and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and/or SFDC is a plus.
