Job Description

Diseñar, implantar, mantener y mejorar los sistemas de Automatización Industrial, Tecnología Operacional (OT), Digitalización y Smart Manufacturing de la planta, liderando proyectos técnicos y proporcionando soporte especializado para garantizar la disponibilidad, seguridad, cumplimiento normativo y evolución tecnológica de los procesos productivos.

Actuar como referente técnico en proyectos de automatización, digitalización, infraestructuras OT, sistemas de fabricación y ciberseguridad industrial, contribuyendo a la estrategia de transformación digital y mejora continua de la planta.

Principales responsabilidades:

• Liderar proyectos de automatización y digitalización, coordinando proveedores, contratistas y recursos internos desde la definición hasta la implantación y estabilización.

• Diseñar, implantar, mantener y mejorar soluciones de automatización industrial y sistemas PLC, HMI, SCADA y otras plataformas de control.

• Mantener la infraestructura OT, incluyendo servidores, virtualización, redes industriales y sistemas de comunicación, asegurando su disponibilidad, fiabilidad e integración con sistemas corporativos.

• Participar en iniciativas de Smart Factory y transformación digital relacionadas con MES, OEE, eDHR, Historian, AVEVA, captura y explotación de datos y analítica industrial.

• Contribuir a iniciativas de ciberseguridad industrial, análisis de riesgos, medidas de mitigación, cumplimiento regulatorio, integridad de datos y validación/cualificación de sistemas.

• Actuar como soporte técnico avanzado de tercer nivel para Producción, Mantenimiento, Calidad e Ingeniería, liderando análisis de causa raíz y acciones correctivas sostenibles.

• Impulsar la mejora continua mediante nuevas tecnologías y metodologías de Operational Excellence y Kaizen.

Requisitos

• Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Automatización o disciplina equivalente; preferencia por Electrónica o Informática.

• Experiencia profesional en entornos industriales, con conocimientos prácticos de PLC y sistemas informáticos/OT. Se valorarán distintos niveles de experiencia.

• Capacidad para gestionar proyectos técnicos, trabajar de forma segura y estructurada, consultar ante la duda y colaborar eficazmente con equipos multidisciplinares.

• Inglés profesional hablado y escrito para documentación técnica, proveedores y colaboración interna.

Rango salarial de la vacante: EUR 34,000 - EUR 45,000
