Job Summary :

Manager of QA team for medical device: Responsible for managing the Production Support Quality Team. The activities included in this team are:

  • Production documentation final review and release,

  • Nonconformance Management,

  • Complaint Investigation,

  • Change Control Management,

  • Incoming/Finished product inspection,

  • Quality Control laboratory testing,

  • and any other quality activities needed to support day to day product production.

Role(役割)

  • チームメンバーを監督し、業務運営、人材管理、コスト管理などの結果に責任を持って活動を調整する。
  • 福島工場およびBDJにおける事業/運営計画を実行するうえで、リーダーとしての役割を担い、部門横断的に活動する。
  • Greater AsiaおよびWWBU(PS)における事業/運営計画を実行するうえで、サイトの代表としての役割を担う。

Education and Experience:

科学/工学または関連分野の学士号以上、5 年間の技術経験と 3 年間のPeople Managerの経験、または同等の教育と関連職務での経験の組み合わせ。

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of ISO13485/9001/14001 and other applicable law and guidance
  • Basic knowledge of PMD Act and QMS ordinances
  • People management, leadership and coaching skills
  • Strong technical and problem solving with logical thinking.
  • Project management
  • Basic Finance knowledge (budgeting, costing, performance, etc.)
  • Six Sigma Green belt, Lean leader or other CI related knowledge or experiences

Language:

  • Japanese: Business level written and verbal communication.
  • English: Business level written and verbal communication.
