【職務概要】**
当社における製造設備、ユーティリティ設備の保守・点検・修理業務全般を担当していただきます。設備の安定稼働を維持し、生産効率の向上に貢献する重要な役割です。
【主な職務内容】**
* 製造設備およびユーティリティ設備（ボイラー、冷却塔、空調設備など）の定期的な点検、保守、修理
* 設備の異常検知と原因究明、および改善策の実施
* 設備に関する技術的な問題解決とサポート
* 予防保全計画の立案と実行
* 設備に関する記録の作成と管理
* 協力会社との連携、監督
* 安全衛生に関する規則の遵守
【応募資格】**
* 工業高校卒業以上、または同等の知識・経験をお持ちの方
* 機械、電気、計装に関する基礎知識
* 製造設備またはユーティリティ設備の保守・点検・修理経験３年以上
* 電気工事士、ボイラー技士、冷凍機械責任者などの資格をお持ちの方歓迎
* 日本語によるコミュニケーション能力 (報告書作成、技術的な議論が可能なレベル)
* 英語の読み書きができる方歓迎 (技術ドキュメントの読解程度)
* チームワークを重視し、積極的に業務に取り組める方
