医療機器の品質保証部門におけるマネージャー職として、福島工場のProduction Support Quality Teamを統括いただきます。以下の業務を含む、日々の製品生産を支える品質活動全般をリードしていただきます。

仕事内容：
・生産関連文書の最終確認・リリース
・不適合品管理
・苦情調査
・変更管理
・受入・製品検査
・品質管理試験（QCラボ）
・その他、品質保証に関する業務全般
また、部門横断的な活動や、Greater Asia・グローバルBUとの連携も担っていただきます。
応募資格：
必須（MUST）】
スキル・知識：
・ISO13485/9001/14001などの規格に関する知識
・PMD法およびQMS省令の基本知識
・チームマネジメント・リーダーシップ・コーチングスキル
・論理的思考に基づく技術的課題解決力
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・基本的な財務知識（予算管理、コスト管理など）
学歴・経験：
・理系（科学・工学等）学士以上
・技術職としての経験5年以上
・People Managerとしての経験3年以上、または同等の経験
語学力：
・日本語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）
・英語：ビジネスレベル（読み書き・会話）

・Six Sigma Green Belt、Lean LeaderなどのCI関連知識・経験があれば尚可
