福島工場における生産ライン・インライン検査・プロセス改善をリードするプロセスエンジニアを募集しています。新規設備の導入からグローバルプロジェクトの推進まで、幅広い業務に携わるポジションです。
主な業務内容：
【生産ライン・インライン検査・プロセス改善】
福島工場の以下の製造・検査ラインにおける新規インライン検査システムやロボット等の自動化システムの導入および垂直立ち上げのリード
・Prepared Pure Media (PPM)
・Blood Collection Tubes（Vacutainer）
・Glass Syringes（Hypak）
新製品や設計変更に伴う生産プロセスの開発、設備投資計画の立案と実行
【製造関連技術の展開】
・グローバルプロジェクトを含む技術の標準化・展開の推進
・新規設備導入に関するバリデーション戦略の標準化・簡素化とその実施
