Job Description
About the role
- We are looking for Technical Service Engineer, who will be responsible for Nord (Pomerania) of Poland.
- Preferred location: Pomerania voivodship, area Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, deinstallation, and servicing of medical instrumentation, ensuring high-quality remote and on-site technical support for BD customers
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of medical diagnostic equipment in accordance with company standards
- Manage, configure, and maintain informatics systems to ensure optimal system performance and integration
- Monitor and maintain spare parts inventory within allocated budget limits, including management of assigned car stock
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with distributors, customers, and key opinion leaders to strengthen BD’s position as a preferred service provider and supplier
- Support the promotion of service contracts by providing accurate and relevant information to customers
- Ensure full compliance with BD quality standards, safety regulations, and customer service level agreements (SLAs)
- Accurately complete and maintain service reports and all required documentation in a timely manner
About You:
- Technical degree or diploma
- Very good English (technical proficiency is an advantage) and Polish
- Experience with medical or laboratory equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of PC-based systems and applications
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with good prioritization abilities
- Flexible and willing to travel across Poland and occasionally within CEE
- Valid driving license
