Job Description
Position Summary
Customer Service
- Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities pre-invoicing, viz customer purchase orders, pricing master credit releases, customer information sheets , to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organizational and operational objectives.
- Ensure efficient and balanced workflows that maximize efficiency and produce high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Create, maintain, implement & communicate the customer service policies, procedures & standards.
- Monitor and measure sales/service metrics to track customers wise/portfolio wise progress
- Promote & implement ideas and projects to enhance efficiency and quality of the customer service
- Support execution and execute marketing activities that impact customer service and experience
- Travel to meet customers as required
Business Analysis
- Develop and Deploy Dashboards: Create and implement dashboards to collect business sales information.
- Visualize key metrics and trends and provide insights and business data sets to enable decision making
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven findings.
- Support Business & Competitor Intelligence Tracking as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.
- Utilize quantitative analysis to support team data requirements.
Marketing and KAM Support
Specific Knowledge / Experiences
• Excel/Power BI

• 3 years in customer or complex stakeholder management
• Fluent English
