As aTerritory Manager – Hernia Solutions, you’ll take ownership of a thriving territory coveringCentralBrisbane South (down to Logan), across to Toowoomba, and Cairns. You’ll work alongside surgeons and OR teams, driving adoption of BD’s industry-leading hernia repair and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Drive adoption of BD’s hernia and soft tissue reconstruction portfolio in surgical settings

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and key decision-makers

  • Deliver in-theatre education, training, and product demonstrations

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into wins

  • Manage consignment accounts and ensure effective product utilisation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise territory performance

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity

About You

You’re competitive, driven, and thrive in high-pressure environments. You know how to build relationships and how to leverage them to close customers and grow your territory.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven success in surgical medical device sales (OR/theatre experience essential)

  • A strong track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage a large territory

  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel
