We are looking for a driven Front Line Sales Associate to grow our Peripheral Intervention business across Delhi NCR. Based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving product adoption in cathlabs, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding BD’s footprint in interventional therapies.

At Becton, Dickinson and Company, we are looking for a passionate and driven Area Sales Manager to lead our efforts in promoting and consulting on interventional products within cathlabs across Delhi NCR. This is a pivotal position where you will collaborate closely with healthcare experts to promote the use of innovative solutions in peripheral intervention space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), interventional cardiologists, and cathlab teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling in cathlab environments.
  • Coordinate and support education programs for healthcare providers.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with both distribution and channel partner teams to optimise in market supply operations.
  • Drive territory expansion and new account development.

KEY Results

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for interventional products.
  • Cath-lab Penetration: Increase the number of cath-labs actively using BD interventional products.
  • Develop consistent engagement and educational initiatives with influential customers.
  • New Account Acquisition: Open and activate new hospital accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Training & Education Events: Organize and conduct a minimum number of clinical education programs per quarter.
  • Market Share Growth: Demonstrate year-over-year growth in market share within the assigned region.
  • Forecast Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in sales forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely and accurate reporting, CRM updates, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in surgical consumables or medical devices.
  • Strong exposure to cath-lab environments and interventional products including cardiology, radiology and vascular surgery.
  • Consistent track record in leading hospital accounts, institutional sales, and government tenders.
  • Experience in working with distribution networks and channel partners.
  • Ability to independently lead KOL relationships and drive sales.
