Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor field force effectiveness.
  • Support territory alignment, sales force sizing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to develop incentive plans and performance tracking tools.
  • Conduct segmentation and targeting analysis to optimize customer engagement strategies.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance CRM systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Lead or support SFE-related projects and initiatives across the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, SFE, or Commercial Excellence, preferably in themedical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and incentive plan design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
