About the role
As a Sales Specialist for our Diagnostics Solutions (DS) business unit, you’ll be responsible for identifying clinical needs, providing tailored solutions, and leading strategic customer relationships. You’ll drive sales targets across hospitals and distributor channels, lead all aspects of product positioning, and ensure tender success within compliance standards.
Main responsibilities will include:
Identify customer needs and present the most relevant product or solution.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to guide strategic positioning.
Achieve defined sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) by hospital/distributor.
Deliver clinical trainings, product demos, and post-sale support.
Lead account segmentation and develop strong collaborator engagement.
Coordinate and support tender processes from initiation to finalization.
Collaborate with internal functions to ensure timely product delivery and issue resolution.
Track and evaluate distributor performance in alignment with company goals.
Maintain timely and accurate reporting on forecasts, stock levels, and field activity.
Ensure compliance with BD’s working principles and legal frameworks.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
Must be eligible to get TCESIS license.
2 to 3 years of sales experience in healthcare; medical device knowledge is a plus.
Familiar with distributor channels, tenders, after-sales support and applications.
Strong analytical problem solver with good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Team-player with the ability to work independently and meet targets within set timelines.
Proficient in MS Office and intermediate0level English (spoken and written).
Willing to travel locally and internationally; valid driver's license required.
Proficiency in both turkish and english
