Job Description
- Apoiar a execução e o planejamento de manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos sistemas de utilidades da planta.
- Auxiliar no acompanhamento de equipamentos como chillers, compressores de ar, bombas, torres de resfriamento e sistemas HVAC.
- Realizar levantamento e análise de dados para controle de indicadores de manutenção (KPIs).
- Dar suporte na abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de ordens de serviço em sistemas informatizados.
- Participar da elaboração de relatórios técnicos, apresentações e planos de ação.
- Auxiliar na gestão de contratos e no acompanhamento de prestadores de serviço.
- Apoiar atividades de inspeção, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e análise de falhas.
- Contribuir para a organização da documentação técnica, procedimentos e registros de manutenção.
- Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua voltados para confiabilidade, eficiência energética e redução de custos.
- Atuar em conformidade com os requisitos de Segurança, Qualidade, Meio Ambiente e Boas Práticas de Engenharia.
