We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive access and adoption of our key medical device portfolios in Malaysia.
You will engage with key decision-makers, collaborate with clinical specialists, expand our market presence by achieving sales targets in strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Data Management, Data Flow, Data Rectification to ensure timely and reliable data source to ensure sustainability of Enablement capabilities across APAC, for example:
- Secondary Sales and In-Market Sales data flow and accuracy from JDE, Distributors, and SFDC
- Territory & product mapping, Install Base (Capital) Bundle, ASP
- Account for channel management / Warehouse split , specific manual changes
- Manage APM and BD System and DataIntegration to ensure all data are synched flawlessly without compromise in accuracyDevelop Enablement Capabilities for APAC Strategy and Commercial Excellence in accordance to direction of APAC Leaders, for example:
- Marketing & Sales Performance Analytics Dashboard across APAC (i.e Key Accounts Segmentation, ESR Playbook, Daily Sales, Capital Install Base Records, Pricing Impact, Key Performance Indicator Tracker etc)
- CRM, Digital AnalyticsStrategy & Business Operations: Coordinate specific APAC Strategy and Business Excellence initiatives to derive business insights and commercial success, this includes:
- Work with and provide support in providing timely and accurate data for Budget (AOP) process, Strat Plan processes that enables development of strategic plans
- Collect, collate data across stakeholders for SIP calculations, P-club updates
- Analysis on territory profitability & productivity, SIP plan design
- Work in partnership of peers across APAC region to ensure appropriate data accuracy and integrity as well as data flow process
- Work as part of the APAC Strategy and Operations team to develop and execute key projects that are key to ensure deep business insight by the APAC leadership, sales, brand marketing, clinical services and professional education team members.
Lead APAC Price Management initiatives. This includes:
- Act as the APAC regional pricing coordinator and liaison with global APM pricing team
- Coordinate between APAC regional and local country teams (India, SEA & ANZ) on pricing implementation to ensure profitability and compliance to pricing control guidelines.
Miscellaneous works: manage various ad-hoc tasks given that may arise due to business needs in daily operations, new dashboard initiatives
Liaise with stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business applications where needs arise
Knowledge and Experience:
Advanced skill in Excel
Power BI, Data Management skill and,or ERP system experience is highly preferred.
Team player, able to collaborate, coordinate with various stakeholders
Data integrity & disciplined to deliver reliable, accurate outcome in timely manner.
Accountable & self driven: Takes initiative to plan, self learn on competencies required to perform task
