Our vision for “Medication Management Solutions” at BD
With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
Main responsibilities will include:
Product Requirements Analysis (Systems): conducts the creation, modification and/or obsoletion of requirements, collaborates on User Needs, Specifications, and Requirements deliverable outputs, creates the Requirements Traceability Matrix
Product Requirements Analysis (Test): creates the test module, verification/ validation test status tables, exports the tables into verification and validation plan and report.
Product Requirements New System implementation: assesses future state systems for use in requirements analysis, understands QMS template needs and QMS updates.
Change Control Coordinator (Change Analyst): acts as back up change control coordinator, managing change records and progress of change orders
Effective Communication and Organisation: Communicates and manages prioritisation of product requirements for multiple design projects, for both requirements management and test. Requires ability to work on multiple projects (sustaining and NPD) in parallel.
About you:
A relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of quality experience.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, QSR and MDR is a distinct advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead the conversation with cross functional teams.
Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and work well under time restraints.
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision and the ability to work in a team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
