À la suite de la fusion des activités BD Biosciences et Diagnostic Solutions avec Waters Corporation (NYSE : WAT), votre candidature sera considérée comme une candidature à un poste au sein de Waters.

Nous recrutons un Responsable pour le secteur Rhône- Alpes.
Notre activité Diagnostic Solutions (DS) propose des équipements de laboratoires d’analyses médicales, socle indispensable à la réalisation d’analyses de haute qualité.
Notre gamme de dispositifs médicaux comprend des réactifs et équipements de microbiologie, ainsi que des solutions complètes d’automatisation de laboratoires.
Rattaché(e) au Manager des ventes, vous êtes responsable de la promotion et de la vente des équipements et services associés auprès des prospects et de la clientèle existante, dans le respect des valeurs et de l’éthique de l’entreprise. Vous contribuez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux, au développement et au maintien du chiffre d’affaires sur votre secteur Rhône- Alpes (01, 03, 07,15,26,43,74,38,42,63,69,73)



Responsabilités principales :

  • Conquérir de façon active de nouveaux marchés : mettre en place un plan d’action sur son territoire validé par le manager, assurer la promotion de ses produits (présentation, négociations, essais)
  • Maintenir et fidéliser la base de clients déjà existants
  • Maitrise de son secteur géographique, connaissance des clients et de l’environnement régional
  • Force de proposition auprès de sa direction pour proposer et mettre en place des actions, innovantes, et de nouvelles approches commerciales stratégiques en lien avec la stratégie des responsables grands comptes
  • Participer et contribuer activement à la réussite des événements régionaux et nationaux à destination des clients et prospects (salons professionnels)

Profil recherché :

  • Bac + 4/5 dans le domaine scientifique et compétences  commerciales
  • Expérience commerciale requise dans la vente d’automates et de réactifs de laboratoire  en milieu hospitalier et laboratoires privés
  • Connaissance de l’environnement dans lequel il/elle exerce (hôpitaux, laboratoires ).Des connaissances en microbiologie et/ou biologie moléculaire sont un plus.
  • Avoir une réflexion stratégique sur l’environnement, les réseaux d’influence et les schémas décisionnels
  • Maitrise de l’anglais professionnel
