Job Description

BD Interventional (BDI) se centra en ser líder innovador en dispositivos que mejoran la vida en el campo de las intervenciones quirúrgicas, endovasculares, urológicas y de cuidados críticos con el objetivo de impulsar el tratamiento de enfermedades de alta carga y permitir procedimientos quirúrgicos e intervencionistas.

Coordinador de Asistentes Técnicos (área vascular):
Es responsable de planificar, organizar y supervisar a los asistentes técnicos en los acompañamientos de procedimientos en salas de hemodinamia, asegurando la correcta atención y la comunicación efectiva con los médicos en su territorio. Además, coordina aspectos administrativos y operativos para garantizar eficiencia en la cobertura hospitalaria y excelencia comercial.

Responsabilidades:
  • Asegurar la correcta asignación de asistentes técnicos a los procedimientos programados por el hospital, manteniendo bitácoras actualizadas y comunicando cambios oportunamente.
  • Ser el punto de contacto entre asistentes técnicos, ejecutivos de venta y cirujanos, coordinando horarios y disponibilidad de procedimientos.
  • Revisar inventarios, elaborar agendas mensuales de visitas, reportar actividades en sistemas (ej. SFDC), promover el producto y asesorar sobre su uso correcto.
  • Coordinar viajes de asistentes, balancear cargas de trabajo, asignar casos por territorio y supervisar la logística con proveedores responsables del traslado de las maletas de producto a los hospitales.
  • Monitorear métricos de excelencia comercial, asegurar correcto registro en Salesforce y documentación específica (ej. ISSSTE).
  • Alinear actividades con ejecutivos de venta y dar seguimiento a documentación requerida.
  • Coordinar con anticipación los procedimientos en hospitales, optimizando tiempos y recursos.
  • Acompañar a asistentes en sala, capacitar en procesos y documentación, y cubrir funciones técnicas cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos:
  • Posición basada en Ciudad de México, Guadalajara o Monterrey.
  • Licenciatura en Enfermería, Ingeniería Biomédica o Medicina (Título y Cédula profesional indispensables).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en sala de hemodinamia.
  • Experiencia previa en manejo de equipos, ya sea directa o indirectamente.
  • Experiencia en manejo de maletas con producto en salas de hemodinamia.
  • Competencias requeridas: liderazgo; organización; comunicación efectiva; gestión de relaciones; trabajo en equipo; orientación al cliente; resolución de problemas; proactividad.
  • 70% trabajo en campo, 30% trabajo de oficina.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar 30%-40% del tiempo a nivel nacional.
  • Experiencia en manejo de hospitales públicos y privados.
