Ensure the proper management of contracts in terms of updating and accuracy of prices reserved for the customer. Management and preparation of offers. Analysis of root causes of price tickets and price disputes.

About the role

Reporting to the Pricing Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all the activities involved in the management and analysis of data and information related to active tenders and bids of the relevant divisions at the different accounts.

This is a supporting role within the organisation and a key player within the team. He/she will establish and reinforce a company culture defined by commitment to customers, quality, performance, results, collaboration and accountability.

Main responsibilities will include:

The position will be responsible for all the activities related to Offers, Tenders and Awarded Tenders. In detail, he/she will be in charge of:discrepancies.

  • Assist the team in all activities aimed at reducing multiple prices for the client.

  • Support both internal and external clients in identifying the correct quotations

  • Evade the offers/quotations for both private and public clients in compliance with the established timelines.

  • Ensure proper management of prices in the system throughout the contract duration.

  • Support the team in managing orders that are blocked due to price

  • reserved for the client.

  • Analyze price tickets and claims root causes trends to enahance process flows E2E

  • Prepare and submit pricing manager reporting related to pricing tickets/claims and offers trends

  • Supporting Tender Office Team in various tasks if requested

About you:

  • Degree in Economics and Administration or equivalent preferred

  • Willingness to interpersonal relationships

  • Attitude to team work and result orientation

  • Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft office software

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel or Access

  • Good knowledge of English (both written and oral)

  • Good knowledge of SAP/SFDC application platform

  • The ideal candidate will likely have experience working in a multinational Company.
