Job Description
- Support the setup and configuration of BD infusion systems, including drug library builds and validation
- Work with clinical teams to ensure devices are ready for safe and effective use
- Deliver clinical education, training sessions and in‑service support
- Support product implementations, evaluations and go‑lives across hospital sites
- Partner with pharmacy and clinical stakeholders on medication safety and infusion practices
- Provide technical and clinical support to customers post‑implementation
- Support sales and clinical teams through joint customer engagement
- Contribute to achieving territory targets through strong clinical support and customer adoption
- Capture insights on clinical practice, customer feedback and product performance
- Maintain accurate records of activity and training within CRM systems
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within ICU, CCU or acute care
- Strong understanding of infusion practices, medication delivery and patient safety
- Experience delivering education, training or clinical support
- High attention to detail, particularly when working with drug protocols and dosing
- Confidence engaging clinicians, pharmacy and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across different sites
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
- Work hands‑on with infusion systems used in clinical environments
- Combine clinical expertise with implementation and education
- Strong exposure to medication safety and infusion optimisation
- Collaborate with clinical, pharmacy and commercial teams
