Main Responsibilities:
• To execute sales strategies as defined by the Regional Marketing Managers/Director – Hospital Supply Chain.
• To develop key opinion leaders for advocacy & recommendation of BD products.
• To ensure regular customer visits as per norms / requirements.
• To attend surgeries / procedures as per requirement.
• To identify tender/rate contract opportunities and follow up for the same.
• To prepare Action Plans for each hospital based on feedback from customers and market intelligence.
• To coordinate with distributors/sales representatives of other companies to implement fair practices.
• To conduct meetings/ presentations to customers and HODs.
• To obtain feedback from customers on competitor’s product.
• To provide feedback to marketing on new product ideas/modifications/changes in existing products.
• To ensure timely submission of reports/claim forms to sales office and prompt follow up on the same.
Job Qualifications:
Experience - 2-3 years of experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare. Knowledge of Distribution channel preferred.
Qualification - Graduate or post graduate in Science/Commerce or equivalent
