Job Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Bard Peripheral Vascular products within a defined geographic territory. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, educating them on product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas for Bard Peripheral Vascular products.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service trainings to educate healthcare providers on the features, benefits, and proper use of Bard Peripheral Vascular devices.
Identify new business opportunities and strategically expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position Bard Peripheral Vascular products and services.
Manage and prioritize daily activities to maximize sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical education, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer support and product adoption.
Attend and represent Bard Peripheral Vascular at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity reports in the CRM system.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience,
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building strong customer relationships.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel as required.
Preferred:
Medical Device Sales in eripheral vascular, interventional cardiology, or radiology.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles. $79,600.00 - $131,300.00 USD Annual
