Job Description

Are you a commercially driven professional looking to take ownership of a national territory and accelerate your career within MedTech? BD is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the growth of our Peripheral Intervention business across Norway, covering innovative Oncology and Vascular portfolios that help improve patient outcomes.

This is an opportunity to drive business growth, build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals, and support the adoption of advanced technologies across hospitals throughout Norway. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, hospital leadership, and procurement teams to deliver clinical and commercial value while shaping the success of your territory.

As part of a high-performing Nordic team, you will enjoy significant autonomy, a broad scope of responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on healthcare delivery and patient care.


Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve business objectives across the Oncology and Vascular Intervention portfolio throughout Norway.
  • Develop and execute territory plans that identify opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen customer engagement.
  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital decision-makers, and procurement teams.
  • Provide product expertise and clinical support to customers during evaluations, training activities, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with Nordic colleagues and cross-functional teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Travel extensively across Norway to support customers, drive adoption of innovative solutions, and deliver commercial success.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven success in a sales role with a consistent track record of delivering strong commercial results.
  • Experience within medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a clinically focused commercial environment.
  • Ability to engage confidently with both clinical and administrative decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen combined with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to develop a long-term career within the medical technology industry.
