Job Description Summary

To be responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of the Project Engineering Dept to meet
Dept goals and budget. Management for large-scale projects and new product introduction including CB-2 Budget
control. This also includes the marketing of the plant capabilities word-wide to bring in new products, working out and
providing the most competitive cost, managing projects leading to successful launch of enhanced, extended, or new
products and services.
Maintain frequent communication with all levels of staff reporting to him. Provide direction, facilitation, coaching,
update, and motivation to the staff. Facilitate resource teams, coach and monitor progress towards an excellence
team meeting goals and values.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 Take overall responsibility of plant critical projects, RELOCO and new product introduction end to end (from
concept to mass production)
 Take responsibility of plant OT environment & MadSec initiatives.
 Ensure all chartered projects are completed successfully on time, on budget and on specification.
 Facilitates strategic discussions to optimize implementation projects specific to the management of scope,
requirements, financials, and schedule.
 Build and develop project management capabilities within the Plant.
 Supports strategic direction of Plant and provides leadership to the project implementation teams.
 Coordinate plant function resource in the Plant and provide technical support to project phase delivery.
 Ensure new product launch process are able to meet all regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP, etc).
 Familiar with the relevant national and local regulations and standards, such as the "Medical Device
Management Regulations”, GMP etc, implement the main responsibility of medical device quality safety, in
strict accordance with the requirements of the quality management system to organize production to ensure
the compliance of the production process and products.
 Site Lead for MadSec. Handling plant wide initiatives.
 Support BD Excellence initiatives as a member of BD Excellence component member.
