By aligning and streamlining our work, our Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business unit aims to drive growth and innovation in everything from integrated sample management to diagnostic solutions. The Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) unit is currently seeking:
The Complaint Technician, Ensures customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Maintains accurate records of complaints and collaborates with various departments to address and prevent recurring issues.

Job Description

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.    Perform DHR review/evaluation.
2.    Update Complaint Data Base System (Track wise)
3.    Perform photo evaluation complaints.
4.    Give support to the investigators.
5.    Demonstrate initiative to isolate situations.
6.    Prepare the information for Staff and Manufacturing evaluation meeting.
7.    Update daily the DHR report.
8.    Update weekly Total Complaints report.
9.    Give daily information in regards of complaints to appropriate personnel.
10.    Give support to Divisions with information such as Complaints, DHRs, as requested.
11.    Make sure customer complaint evaluations are answered in a timely manner.
12.    Prepare weekly Complaints reports.
13.    Give support to investigation of root cause analysis of complaints.
14.    Keep a good communication with divisions contacts.
15.    Prepare Monthly and quarter Complaints Reports.
16.    Prepare the booklet for Management Review Meetings.
17.    Give support/participate as required when there is a Third-Party Audit.
18.    Identify areas of opportunity within the facility.
19.    Identify and reporting negative trends.
20.    Request to send samples to the investigator when supplier requested.
21.    Perform MEMO as requested.
22.    Perform Return Material Authorization as requested.
23.    Report RMAs information.
24.    Participation on RMAs meeting as requested
25.    Participate as Staff in annual Quality Week and Inspire Quality Week.
26.    The Complaint Technician has the authority and total responsibility of DHR review and to maintain the track wise system.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

1.    Engineer Degree.
2.    1 year or more related experience in quality systems and manufacturing process.
Knowledge and Skills

1.    Knowledge in manufacturing and quality environments and costumer services.
2.    Good communication skills.
3.    Dynamic.
4.    Positive attitude with good interpersonal and organizational skills, proficient, ability to solve problems, responsible, ability to work under pressure.
5.    Able to communicate both verbally and in writing in English (Required)
