Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
About the role
The Business Enablement Manager will be responsible for driving commercial, operational, and execution excellence across the PI META business. This position partners closely with commercial, supply chain, finance, and business teams to deliver data-driven insights, optimize business processes, and improve overall performance across the region.
The role focuses on four key pillars: Commercial Excellence, Distributor Excellence, Order Enablement, and Business Analytics. By leveraging analytics, forecasting, and performance management tools, the Business Enablement Manager helps drive strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and business execution.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Lead Commercial Excellence initiatives focused on Salesforce (SFDC) adoption, account segmentation, and sales effectiveness.
- Develop pricing and gross profit optimization tools to support commercial decision-making.
- Build and maintain end-to-end dashboards that provide awareness of business performance, key challenges, and execution plans.
- Act as the main liaison between PI META and regional Commercial Excellence teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
- Drive distributor excellence programs through effective use of distributor performance tools and data management processes.
- Analyze secondary sales performance to identify growth opportunities at account and market levels.
- Monitor inventory trends and provide insights to mitigate supply and inventory risks.
- Collaborate with regional distributor excellence teams to ensure alignment and execution across META markets.
- Partner with supply chain and commercial teams to improve demand planning and forecast accuracy.
- Support supply allocation planning through data-driven forecasting and business insights.
- Find opportunities to streamline and enhance end-to-end order management processes across the region.
- Support annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and financial planning cycles through robust analysis and reporting.
- Own the development of dashboards, sales performance reports, and commercial insights for business reviews.
- Provide forecasting support and collaborate with finance teams to monitor business performance and drive informed decision-making.
- Deliver analytical support for product launches, marketing initiatives, and strategic commercial projects.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong experience in business analytics, commercial operations, sales enablement, or business planning.
- Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, collaborator management, and organizational skills.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead and drive outcomes without direct authority.
