Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is an established and trusted partner in urinary healthcare, developing complete solutions which optimize the urine drainage process in the Acute Care Hospital setting.
About the role
As a Product Specialist- Urology and Critical Care, you will be a part of UCC Business unit team with key responsibilities to achieve the annual sales objectives, establish the success of key UCC brands by building brand awareness in the targeted accounts and strategic projects driven by clinical support & training HCPs.
Job location - Jeddah, KSA
Main responsibilities will include:
- Increase assigned portfolio share and achieve area annual budget in the assigned accounts.
- Create new sales opportunities in all healthcare organizations with different sectors in the assigned territory through direct orders as well as tenders
- Make sure that the appropriate level of promotion and product awareness is delivered to the healthcare professionals in a complaint & ethical way.
- Deliver clinical education and hands-on training to healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of BD Urology & Critical Care products.
- Support product evaluations, implementations, and conversions in key healthcare institutions.
- Collect clinical insights from the field and share feedback with cross-functional teams to support product implementation.
- Participate in local and regional medical congresses, workshops, and training events to promote product value and awareness.
- Ensure compliance with BD quality, regulatory, and ethical standards during all clinical activities.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, biomedical science, or a related healthcare field; advanced clinical or scientific degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting; prior experience in medical devices, particularly in urology & critical care is strongly preferred.
- Experience delivering clinical education, training sessions, or product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and experience working with healthcare organizations.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders and engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Skills in market mapping and customer segmentation to identify sales opportunities.
