Job Description Summary
As Business Development Manager HPV you will lead the commercial and market expansion strategy for Human Papillomavirus (HPV) diagnostic solutions using PCR technology, identifying business opportunities, developing strategic relationships with key clients (laboratories, hospitals, public and private institutions), and positioning the company's offering as a benchmark in the sector.The BDM will work closely with other members of the commercial function including Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Service, Projects management and Sales Management.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the field of molecular diagnostics, with a focus on HPV.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and clinical needs to define entry and growth strategies.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders: distributors, clinical laboratories, hospitals, and government institutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and regulatory teams to adapt the offering to market needs.
- Participate in scientific conferences and events to promote PCR technology applied to HPV.
- Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and collaboration agreements.
About you
- University degree in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or similar). Additional business training (MBA, Master's in Pharmaceutical Marketing, etc.) will be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business development in the diagnostics or medical devices sector, preferably in PCR or infectious diseases.
- In-depth knowledge of the molecular diagnostics market and the HPV clinical environment.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel.
