Job Description Summary

This position can be based in any of the EMEA BD locations

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Excellence Leader to support the Specimen Management (SM) Go To Market Strategy and commercial objectives across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role involves driving commercial capabilities development, implementing initiatives for effective adoption of sales processes, and collaborating closely with SM Leadership in the EMEA hubs.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Go To Market strategies in collaboration with SM country leadership.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize sales processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive regional plans for SM Sales Effectiveness strategy.
  • Design and monitor sales incentive schemes to drive top performance.
  • Support country and regional teams in setting up successful Transnational Laboratories (TNL) strategies.

Preferred Profile:

  • Degree in business or science; MBA is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Life Science or Consumer Health sectors in commercial roles.
  • Demonstrates strong business and commercial competence through experience in sales management and business development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships.
  • IT competent, including CRM systems; fluent in English (additional European language is an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 30%.
