The Sales Director, Medbank and Alt. Sites is a key member of the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Sales Leadership Team. This position is accountable for the overall Medbank product portfolio along with sales initiatives within our Alternate Sites segment. In collaboration with the MMS Sales Leadership Team, this Director will lead a sales team of 6 Alt. Site Account Executives and one Director of National Accounts in developing strategies and tactical implementation plans to deliver sales growth goals. Accountable for achieving revenue expectations, talent development and performance management objectives within an operating expense target. This position reports to the Vice President U.S. Sales, MMS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and manage the sales pipeline to effectively to meet or exceed committed contracts, revenue and margin objectives along with customer retention of the Alt. Sites team.
Drive Salesforce excellence and accurately forecast sales projections.
Develop a team responsible for leading the negotiations of complex contracts with C-Suite level executives.
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and retaining customers.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of MMS strategy along with tactical implementation programs and utilization of reporting systems.
Responsible for implementing a talent plan with each direct report that focuses on individual development planning as well as developing the talent.
Develop processes for monitoring and measuring sales objectives within the team.
Interface with the MMS Marketing, Business Platforms, and Clinical Consultant teams to ensure effective linkage to influencing and supporting field-based sales activities.
Works cross-functionally with all departments within MMS to communicate and align support with sales initiatives.
Establish effective relationships with external customers and utilize those relationships to strengthen MMS competitive position and performance.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity, providing feedback and strategic recommendations to company leadership team and other company functions.
Coach, mentor, and raise the team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal and BD regulations/policies/ procedures.\
Ensure compliance with all local BD quality policies / procedures / practices through consistent application of sound Quality Assurance principles.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of the MMS sales process.
Understanding of Contracting processes
Demonstrated ability to build followership within the organization and within our customer base.
Strong sales acumen. Ability to lead from the front along with the ability to build sustainable processes leading to sales success.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred
Minimum 10 years progressively responsible sales management experience
7 years in the med-tech industry selling capital and software products
Strong presentation skills

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates’ progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.
$218,371- $360,311 Annual Base + Incentive
