Job Description Summary
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible for supporting the team with customer service, monitoring existing contracts, quotes, and new orders from a portfolio of clinical and research customers:• Providing support to the external sales team in Argentina and Chile. As well as with the Channel specialist team.
• Assisting the functional areas of the company to track orders/invoicing (post-sale).
• Contributing to the Marketing and Sales team implementing the strategic plan of the business unit for segmented and strategic accounts.

Monitoring contracts (Loans and rentals).
• Supporting external Sales Executives in quotation processes, orders in ERP system, customer and product registration, and Follow Up post-sales process.
• Executing post-sales actions (order entry) and working closer with SAC and Supply Chain area (PO Follow Up, BO reduction plan, SM/NM Plans).
• Monitoring customer request emails (Sales Team, SAC, etc).
• Contributing to critical analysis of processes, identifying opportunities, and suggesting improvements.
• Analyzing market and internal data to assist in decision-making.
• Conducting a consultative approach to the business, seeking insights and opportunities aligned with Marketing and Commercial strategy.
• Collaborate in the development of tools and dashboards with the MEEC areas (both at the customer level and with more managerial views) that assist the commercial team, marketing, and other related areas in analyzing performance/KPIs, aiding decision-making.
• Support performance analysis of the portfolio, recommending actions and indicating opportunities, with the goal of contributing to the results of the segment, aligned with the strategic actions defined in the Marketing plan.
• Ensure the use and monitoring of KPIs related to sales and marketing in SFDC.
• Governance of customer portfolios, product base, and pricing.
