Job Description

Atividades:

  • Gerenciar distribuidores e realizar vendas diretas a clientes estratégicos, assegurando o cumprimento das metas comerciais.
  • Prospectar e fechar novos negócios, conduzindo negociações de alto nível técnico-científico com tomadores de decisão.
  • Manter a estrutura interna da BD informada sobre movimentações de mercado, concorrência e oportunidades comerciais.
  • Realizar vendas consultivas de produtos e serviços, construindo relacionamentos sólidos com clientes e gerando resultados sustentáveis no curto e longo prazo.
  • Relacionar-se com clientes por meio de visitas e eventos, identificando oportunidades e informações relevantes para o negócio.
  • Gerenciar o relacionamento com distribuidores, por meio de visitas regulares, controle de processos, cumprimento de políticas de preços e fornecimento de materiais promocionais.
  • Assegurar a implementação de políticas comerciais e de marketing, tanto em clientes finais quanto em distribuidores, utilizando comunicação eficaz e ferramentas de divulgação.
  • Prestar suporte técnico-comercial aos distribuidores, garantindo alinhamento estratégico e operacional.
  • Promover ações de engajamento com clientes finais, como eventos, distribuição de materiais técnicos e iniciativas educacionais.
  • Monitorar a concorrência, mantendo-se atualizado por meio de interações com clientes e parceiros.
  • Participar de treinamentos e reuniões estratégicas, tanto em campo quanto nas unidades da BD, para alinhamento com as diretrizes do negócio e dos produtos.
  • Coletar e fornecer previsões de demanda, contribuindo para o planejamento de produção e abastecimento da companhia.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior completa;
  • Desejável experiência em vendas na especialidade de Cirurgia Plástica;
  • Experiência com gestão de distribuidores;
  • Capacidade de planejamento, coordenção e execução robusta;
  • Disponibilidade de viagem para todo Brasil;
  • Base Brasília.
