- Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow accounts within the Urology and Critical Care (UCC) segment
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
Develop tailored proposals based on clinical needs and product portfolio
Meet sales goals through thoughtful planning and implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, marketing, regulatory) to deliver customer value
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare policies
- Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry
Proficient in hospital sales cycles and customer engagement
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Preferred Qualifications
Experience in urology, critical care, or related therapeutic areas
Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and reimbursement landscape
Proficiency in English or other foreign languages
