• Provide expert application support for specimen management solutions, including blood collection systems and safety needle products.
• Deliver technical consulting to healthcare institutions on best practices for specimen collection, workflow optimization, and product utilization.
• Conduct hands-on training for healthcare professionals and internal teams on proper blood collection techniques, safety protocols, and product handling.
• Promote awareness and adoption of safety-engineered devices (e.g., safety needles) to enhance healthcare worker protection and reduce needlestick injuries.
• Perform pre-analytical quality assessments at customer sites, identifying gaps and recommending improvements to ensure specimen integrity and diagnostic accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, service) to support product implementation and customer success.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, providing timely and professional support.
• Gather customer insights and feedback to contribute to product development and training program enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, customer interactions, technical support, and quality check activities.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Pathology, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Certified 임상병리사 (Clinical Laboratory Scientist) in Korea or equivalent clinical experience in specimen collection and handling.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical, hospital, or medical device environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or understanding of pre-analytical processes and quality assurance in laboratory workflows is a strong plus.
• Passion for healthcare worker safety and familiarity with safety needle products is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically for customer visits, training, and technical consultations.
• Basic proficiency in English is a plus.
